                       Methodology A literature review and update of the topic was
                       carried out and the principles of the design of community
                       care programs were applied.  Conclusions The application of
                       health programs that focus on assessing the specific needs
                       of families, identifying gaps in knowledge and providing
                       communication tools can promote comprehensive care in the
                       affective-sexual health of young people. Key words Sexual
