000095389 5203_ $$aTras la Guerra de Sucesión y la subida al trono español de la dinastía de los Borbones, en el Reino de Aragón, se implantará la proclamación real. Va a sustituir al juramento foral que obligaba al Rey, desde la Edad Media, a realizarlo en la catedral de La Seo y frente al Justicia de Aragón. Este cambio de ceremonial desarrollará una nueva cultura política en la que las ceremonias de visitas reales o exequias reales permitirán la identificación con la nueva Monarquía.
After the War of Succession and the ascent to the Spanish throne of the Bourbon dynasty, in the Kingdom of Aragon, the royal proclamation will be implemented. It will replace the Foral oath that obliged the King, from the Middle Ages, to perform it in the cathedral of La Seo and in front of the Justice of Aragon. This change of ceremony will develop a new political culture in which ceremonies of royal visits or royal funeral ceremonies will allow identification with the new Monarchy.
