We derive the equation for the threshold energy of this reaction to first order in this expansion, including the effects due to a modification of the energy-momentum conservation equation. In contrast with the Lorentz invariance violation case, a scale of the order of a few TeV is found to be compatible with the observations of very high-energy cosmic gamma rays in the case of a modification compatible with the relativity principle.</dc:description><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/95505</dc:source><dc:doi>10.3390/sym12081298</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/95505</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:95505</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EUR/COST-Action/CA18108</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA-FSE/E21-20R</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO-FEDER/PGC2018-095328-B-I00</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>SYMMETRY-BASEL 12, 8 (2020), 1298 [14 pp]</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
