Lo que hasta entonces fue invisible al ojo empírico, ahora era visible a un ojo radiográfico. Esta nueva visibilidad, que colapsó la superficie como límite, anudó a lo visible lo no-visible. Dicho anudamiento ha proporcionado a la arquitectura y con ella a la vida misma, la capacidad de una nueva "forma de ver" para afrontar una nueva "forma de hacer". Esta nueva "forma de ver" tuvo una clara influencia en la arquitectura de la época. Una arquitectura dibujada con piel y huesos descubrió en su visible transparencia la misión terapéutica para una ciudad invisible. Pero no todo fueron piel y huesos. Esa estrenada visibilidad dibujó también una naturaleza de visible anatomía, que hizo de la arquitectura algo casi invisible. With the first radiography of the physicist Wilhem Rontgen in 1895, the modern man discovered the possibility of unveiling a hidden world. What it was invisible to the empiric eye, now it was visible to the radiographic eye. This new visibility that collapsed the surface as edge, it knotted the visible with the non-visible.
