000099395 5203_ $$aEste artículo examina las dos propuestas de fundamentación de la moral desarrolladas por Ernst Tugendhat en sus más importantes libros de ética: Lecciones de Ética (1993) y Diálogo en Leticia (1997), así como su desarrollo en Antropología en vez de metafísica (2007). Se muestran las razones por las que ninguna de esas propuestas es enteramente convincente: o bien se basan en supuestos antropológico-filosóficos discutibles, o bien no logran distanciarse suficientemente del contractualismo. Finalmente se argumenta que una revisión de las críticas de Tugendhat a Kant puede abrir alguna perspectiva interesante para abordar el problema de la fundamentación de la moral.
This article analyses Tugendhat''s approach to the foundations of morality in his two main books on Ethics: Vorlesungen über Ethik (1993) and Dialog in Leticia (1997), as well as its development in Anthropologie statt Metaphysik (2007). The article shows the reasons why none of these approaches are really convincing: The dependence on doubtful anthropological assumptions, and the closeness to Contractualism. Finally, I try to show that a revision of Tugendhat''s objections to Kant may open some interesting perspectives on the problem of the foundations of morality.
