La nueva política de vivienda en España y su incidencia en el Plan 2018-2021

Resumen: El Plan de vivienda 2018-2021 consolida los planteamientos inicia-dos en el anterior Plan, con el apoyo al alquiler y a la rehabilitación como piezas clave. La incorporación de un bloque importante de ayudas para dinamizar el sector del alquiler o el apoyo a colectivos sociales como los menores de 35 años, los mayores de 65, las personas discapacitadas o las personas en situación de desahucio o lanzamiento son algunos de los puntos fuertes de este Plan, todo ello en un periodo de transición que ofrece muchas dudas de cuál va a ser el devenir del sector de la construcción en España. The 2018-2020 Housing Plan reinforces the approaches that were initiated during the former Plan supporting renting and restoration as cornerstones. The inclusion of an important block of aids to enliven the renting sector or the support to social collectives as those younger than 35 years of age, people older than 65, disabled people or persons at the risk of eviction are some of the strengths in this Plan, and all of this for a period of transition and economic recovery that makes very doubtful the future of the building sector in Spain.
