Resumen: The article analyzes the situation of child poverty in Catalonia and discusses options for new stories and speeches to promote a strong public effort to deal with it. The story about social spending in childhood as an investment deserves special attention. L’article analitza la situació de la pobresa infantil a Catalunya i reflexiona sobre les opcions per articular nous relats i discursos que impulsin un esforç públic decidit per ferli front. Mereix atenció destacada el relat sobre la despesa social en infància com a inversió.
