El derecho de abolorio: una institución aragonesa al servicio de la conservación del patrimonio familiar

Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene por objeto dar noticia del régimen jurídico y de la práctica jurisprudencial existente en materia de derecho de abolorio, un derecho familiar de adquisición preferente que rige en Derecho aragonés desde sus inicios y que tiene por finalidad evitar la salida de los inmuebles de su familia de origen por enajenación de su titular actual.
The aim of this paper is to give an accurate account about regulation and the court's decisions on the Right of Abolorio, a Family Right of Preferential Acquisition prevailing in Aragonese civil law from the origins and is intended to prevent the alienation of properties in favour of individuals who are not membres of the family origin.
