Notas: The current labor reform in Spain was created as a requirement to the depth of the economic and employment crises affecting our country. While demanding comprehensive reform and the importance of its modifications, it also seems unbalanced reform, which generally makes the business decision-making power, cut workers' rights and social unrest is causing the difficulty of finding employment due to lack of productive activity. The author discusses some critical aspects of the reform especially on wages and raises critical reflections of developments and weaknesses that impact on wage policies in the coming years.
