Resumen: Bróquil is a traditional winter cole crop typical in the Northeast of Spain, mainly in Huesca province. It is locally produced for its organoleptic traits, with a peculiar taste. It is grown in family orchards for auto-consumption, but also in small farms for local markets. Bróquil edible parts are a mix of young leaves and inflorescences or heads.
