Incentivos económicos para el fomento de la rehabilitación edificatoria en Portugal
Gómez-Gil, M.
(Universidad de Zaragoza)
Resumen:
This paper analyzes several initiatives that contribute to increasing the rate of buildings renovation in Portugal, through financial support, with the aim of establishing a basis that can lead, in future studies, to the comparison of initiatives among countries or even to the application of certain measures to the national context. For this purpose, the characteristics of the main support programs in the Portuguese country are described, providing the results they produced as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Thereby, it has been possible to verify the diversity of the existing programs and their capacity to solve different problems, with different scales and needs, at a financial and technical level. © 2022, Ministerio de Fomento.
