Modelos colaborativos en obras publicas y su viabilidad jurídica en España con el marco normativo vigente

Resumen: En este trabajo se analiza la posibilidad de utilizar en España modelos colaborativos target costing en la construcción de infraestructuras complejas (o modelos concesionales) con la finalidad, desde la premisa de la sostenibilidad financiera, obtener un mejor resultado, preservando calidad en la ejecución, la transparencia y la necesaria seguridad jurídica.
This paper analyzes the possibility of using collaborative target costing models in Spain in the construction of complex infrastructures (or concession models) with the aim, from the premise of financial sustainability, of obtaining a better result, preserving quality in the execution, transparency and the necessary legal security.
