Resumen: Primary health care (PHC) faces an increasing number of patients with complex healthcare needs (physical and mental multimorbidity, functionality decrease, and health service overuse). Thus, there is growing recognition of the importance of using a valid and reliable method or instrument to identify individual healthcare needs in PHC practice.
