Resumen: The competitive balance in the sports industry has been the subject of numerous studies since Rottenberg [1] emphasised the negative effects of unbalanced competitions on their own demands. The case of European football, probably the most important sport industry in Europe, has not been exempt from this interest and has been analysed by several authors.
