Resumen: El arquitecto Fernando Higueras (1930-2008) realizó en la década de los años sesenta del siglo veinte una serie de proyectos no construidos, en los que aunaba arte, belleza y función desde el orden geométrico de la circunferencia. La continuidad en el desarrollo de sus ideas, obstinadas y evocadoras, y su gran dominio plástico, permiten realizar un recorrido a través de dibujos y maquetas que alimentan el proceso creativo, desde la generación formal a la definición espacial. Los trazos enérgicos y volumetrías esculturales, sugieren espacios universales y flexibles, de unidad formal y pretensión atemporal, capaces de responder a las necesidades del hombre y las condiciones del lugar, a partir del orden central y la expansión creativa.
In the 1960s, the architect Fernando Higueras (1930-2008) carried out a series of unbuilt projects in which he combined art, aesthetics and function through the geometric order of the circumference. The continuity in the development of his obstinate and evocative ideas, and his great control of the plastic mastery, allow for a trajectory across drawings and models that feed the creative process,
from the formal generation to the spatial definition. The vigorous traces and sculptural volumetries suggest universal and flexible spaces, of formal unity and timeless pretension, responding to the needs of man and the conditions of the place, based on central order and creative expansion.
