Notas: Introduction: The Labor Insertion companies give answer to the problem of social exclusion, not only by the inclusion in the workplace but by the troop training to workers at risk of exclusion for incorporation into the world of work. Objective: to estimate the levels of commitment to the organization (engagement) in workers in the labor market. Material and method: 58 professionals responded to four questionnaires: 1) occupational and sociodemographic data, 2) health reported, 3) Commitment to the work (engagement; MBI-GS) and 4) areas of working life (AWS). Results: the dimension of energy was mainly explained by the variable load manageable, the areas of justice and consistency of values did not appear to contribute to any of the dimensions of the engagement. Conclusions: these workers, although showing a load manageable, pose a risk of wear given that the variables that can act as a protective did not contribute to explain the model.
