                       element for the improvement of the children´s education
                       quality. Starting from an emergent design based on
                       ethnography, a deep research is made in a school in the
                       city of Zaragoza. The purpose of this research is to study
                       the relationships between families and the school which we
                       will identify the two groups in this relationship (parents
                       and teachers). The objectives serve the involvement of
                       families in this school: how it works, what communication
                       channels are used and what genre is more involved, also
                       interested in the relationship between the groups. Methods
                       used are observations of participant type and also the
                       interview to families and teachers. The results, according
                       to other research, apparently indicate that in this school
                       there is a tension relationship between families and
                       teachers, and women are the ones who still take the lead
                       role within families when participating in school. This
                       research also shows that participation in this center is
                       reduced to the demands of teachers and would be severely
                       impaired without digital tools.",
