Notas: The psychologist and researcher Howard Gardner, in 1983, proposed the " Theory of multiple intelligences ," with which marks a before and after in the education system. With it seeks to establish that intelligence is not unitary but a set of multiple intelligences, different and interrelated. A challenge to use this methodology for the schools that will have to adapt its organization to such an approach. Based on Gardner's theory, this work focuses on the relationship between emotional intelligence and musical intelligence, both very important in the process of teaching and learning in Early Childhood Education. To do this, we have designed a project in which, through the music, it is intended that students / as learn, express and channel the basic emotions that regulate their development. In addition, we have used music from different soundtracks cartoons and traditional stories, so that they can develop many more related to the two intelligences, in a nearby context and can motivate more to all students learning to get them.
