Resumen: This EPASG-endorsed consensus report provides practical and standardized guidance for the use of the hollow fiber system in modelling antimicrobial treatment of bacterial infections. The HFS allows simulation of dynamic pharmacokinetic profiles and bacterial responses over extended time periods, making it highly suited for PK/PD.
