Notas: Introduction: Breast cancer is a disease which its presence has increased in the primary healthcare centers affecting to all spheres of social life. The literature supports the importance of a deep knowledge of this pathology to optimize the patients care with the best available resources. Objectives: Improve the breast cancer patients care for males, pregnant and extreme aged women -young and old- in the Primary Healthcare of the Aragón area, by mean of identification in the current literature of prevention and treatment strategies of breast cancer and description of evaluation indicators. Methodology: It is based in the Deming cycle or “PDCA” cycle. Being the scope of the study: the PHE (Primary Healthcare Equipments) of the Aragón area, and the fellows under study: Primary Healthcare professionals. Conclusions: It is essential to promote an suitable prevention and treatment to breast cancer since its inception, primary healthcare. Where there is a greater variability criteria for action against breast cancer in general, and even more so, in special situations: men, pregnant, young and old women.
