Entremadres: Talleres de comunicación
Resumen: En el presente artículo se expone el trabajo de investigación cuyo objetivo fue conocer el grado de satisfacción de las madres con un taller de formación denominado “”Entremadres”. Las 150 mujeres madres que participaron en el taller de formación “Entremadres” en la ciudad de Zaragoza, España, se conformaron en un grupo de 7 u 8 madres y estuvo compuesto por seis sesiones de dos horas cada una, entre los años 2008 y 2013. Este taller fue dirigido a madres con hijos de edades comprendidas entre 2 y 16 años. La frecuencia fue de una sesión a la semana. En cada sesión se pretendió despertar la curiosidad de las participantes, al tratar temas que tuvieran relación con la vida, respetar el ritmo de aprendizaje y las necesidades de cada individuo, promover el trabajo en grupo y fomentar todos los medios posibles de expresión. El instrumento para la recogida de datos fue un cuestionario que se diseñó específicamente para este estudio donde se recogieron sus opiniones, preocupaciones, propuestas de mejora, y resultados de las actividades formativas. Los datos indicaron que las madres participantes mejoraron la asertividad y la escucha activa. Cuando preguntamos a las madres sobre el programa, se mostraron satisfechas con él y consideraron que les resultó útil para mejorar la relación con sus hijos. El programa desarrollado fue eficaz para mejorar las habilidades de comunicación y potenciar el papel de la madre como educadora. Además encontramos un alto grado de satisfacción tras la realización de dicho taller.

The objective of this work was to determine the degree of satisfaction among a group of mothers that undertook a family education training programme called “Between mothers”. The 150 women that participated in a communication workshop “Between mothers” in the city of Zaragoza, Spain, formed in groups of 7 or 8 mothers y it was comprised in six sessions of two-hour each, between the years 2008 and 2013. The frecuency was of one session per week. In each session it was intended to wake the participants’ curiosity by addressing issues regarding the life, showing respect to the rhythm of learning and the needs of each individual, promoting teamwork, and to promote all kind of forms of expressions. Data was collected by a questionnaire specifically designed for the study to collect their opinions; there were sections on worries, proposals for improvement and the results and effect of the training sessions. The data shows that the participants felt that they had improved their ability to assert themselves and developed their active listening skills. We found a high degree of satisfaction with the training programme and it was felt that the workshop had a positive influence on their family life in general. The training programme improved the participants' communication skills and allowed them to develop their roles as mothers and educators. Also, there was a high degree of satisfaction with the workshop.
