Notas: Resumen en inglés: The main objective of the work is the early identification of irrigated crops by digital image processing of remote sensing, Landsat 8 OLI and spatial analysis GIS for implementation in the Common Agricultural Policy. The methodology applied allowed to obtain i) the spectral characterization of irrigation crops more abundant in the Comunidad General de “Riegos del Alto Aragón”, using the spectral information derived from the images, the NDVI and the Tasseled Cap moisture axis; ii) the development of a supervised classification process, using data from the 2015 CAP inspection as verification- training-areas; iii) knowing the limitations to consider in the implementation of the information obtained in the review of the CAP; iv) the degree of compliance by applicants of an obligation -crop diversification- for payment of CAP aid.
