Note on two extensions of the classical formula for sums of powers on arithmetic progressions
Resumen: We give two extensions of the classical formula for sums of powers on arithmetic progressions. This is achieved by using an identity involving binomial mixtures, which can be viewed as a generalization of the binomial transform.
