En las últimas décadas, el Gobierno de Aragón ha fomentado e impulsado la adopción del Modelo EFQM de Excelencia en el tejido empresarial aragonés. Entre las empresas que han iniciado y han avanzado en el denominado camino hacia la excelencia se encuentra T&Z Formación. El presente trabajo pretende profundizar en la identificación de los aspectos clave que han permitido a T&Z Formación mejorar su gestión en los últimos años, centrando la atención en aquellos criterios de gestión que por su evolución merece la pena profundizar y reflexionar e intentando aportar una serie de recomendaciones a la empresa de cara al futuro que le permitan garantizar el mantenimiento de una posición destacada dentro del ámbito de la Excelencia Empresarial en Aragón. In the recent years, there have been changes in the way organizations are being managed, with a growing presence of the interests of non-financial groups when assessing and measuring business performance. In recent decades, the Government of Aragon has encouraged and promoted the adoption of the EFQM Model of Excellence in the businesses of Aragon.
