title = "{Estudio del efecto alelopático de la trufa negra (Tuber
melanosporum Vittad.) sobre la germinación de flora
arvense}",
year = "2017",
note = "In this dissertation analysed the allelopathic effects of
the fruition of fungus Tuber melanosporum Vittad., more
commonly known as black truffle, in both quantitative and
qualitative terms. To this end, experimental trials have
been conducted in order to determine the germination
porcentage and root dry weight and upper part of seeds,
bulbs and tubers of the following weeds: Bromus tectorum,
Convolvulus arvensis, Cyperus rotundus, Desmazeria rigida,
Galium aparine, Lolium rigidum and Oxalis latifolia, which
were added to the test together with different amounts of
truffle, 1 to 4 grams, as well as a control sample. Once
the results of these experimental trials were obtained, a
statistical analysis was carried out and whose results
confirmed the allelopathic effects of the truffle before
the weed. Having a high concentration of truffle produced a
decrease in the germination of all the weeds, except L.
rigidum and C. rotundus. Concerning the length, all the
weeds diminished both the root and the coleoptile, except
C. rotundus whose roots grew in size. Regarding the weight,
all the weeds reduced it both the root and the coleoptile,
expect C. rotundus whose roots gained weight.",
