Notas: Unfair affect everyone, and they are present in most daily activities. This paper explains what they are and shows that anyone can be victim to them. Two of the most problematic are the housing and financial institutions and, therefore, the common point with both; the mortgages. At present, the economic crisis, the mortgage has become a nightmare for many families. In this paper, we present the main clauses in contracts may exist, explaining if they are abusive or not and see what were the judgments. It has also talked to experts and buyers to see what problems and challenges for the sector and see if they match the views of some and the others. This gives us a current overview of how is the situation today.
