Notas: Introduction The increase of Sexually, and unplanned pregnancies transmitted infections, together with the lack of communication that is observed on many occasions with mothers, fathers or legal guardians and the development of new technologies, makes that, there are more and more cases of poor affective-sexual education in teenagers. Objective The present work aims to design a program of affective-sexual education from the consultation of Primary Care Nursing aimed at mothers, fathers and legal guardians of adolescents between 11 and 15 years to facilitate the development of a comprehensive sexuality of the teen. Methodology A literature review and update of the topic was carried out and the principles of the design of community care programs were applied. Conclusions The application of health programs that focus on assessing the specific needs of families, identifying gaps in knowledge and providing communication tools can promote comprehensive care in the affective-sexual health of young people.
