                       solid phase extraction. The phenolic acids tested showed a
                       fungistatic effect against Aspergillus parasiticus CECT
                       2682. Aflatoxin production was inhibited at concentrations
                       of 20 mM. The most effective phenolic acids were
                       chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid.",
