O desenvolvimento profissional do professor como factor associado a` qualidade educacional e ao desempenho escolar
Resumen: The present bibliographic review study aims to analyze teacher professional development as a factor associated with educational quality and school performance. The research was supported by the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and hermeneutical methods. Among the main findings are the characteristics and notions of teacher professional development, educational quality and school performance. The analysis carried out showed that educational quality and school performance are mediated by teacher professional development as an influencing factor.
