Notas: The present work of the subject Final Degree Project proposes to carry out a systematic review (type theoretical review) on the rural school in Primary Education. This theoretical research work arises, therefore, with the general objective of interpreting the situation of the rural school in Primary Education, and with different specific objectives in addition to its function and characteristics. Firstly, the theoretical framework addresses the explanation of the rural school, its beginning and evolution today, as well as the rural school in Primary Education and in Aragon, and its legislative and/or pre-legislative measures. Completing the theoretical framework, the concept of socialization of students in rural schools is highlighted. Next, the objectives, methodology and results sections of the Final Degree Project show the process carried out to achieve the systematic review according to the criteria of the PRISMA Declaration (2020). The theoretical research is concluded with the discussion, stating the results of the studies found in the systematic review and in other previous studies, as well as the limitations of the study. The systematic review is completed with the consequent conclusions obtained based on the stated objectives.
