Notas: This project is based basically on internships developed in the Local Action Group “Adeco Bureba”. For two months we have carried out the daily monitoring and participation in the management of rural development programs associated with it. This activity has been completed with the collection of the information necessary to conduct the study of the PRODER and LEADER rural development programs. Besides the practical activity we consider to know, after two decades of implementation of rural development initiatives in the European Union and in Spain, some aspects insufficiently incorporated into the official reports and the specific literature. We refer to the degree of knowledge of how citizen groups manage these actions and their potential benefits. We are also interested in information on the degree of integration of local action groups in the territory from the analysis of the projects carried out.
